About the project
If you have ever rented an apartment, you probably have wondered if you were paying a fair price. Who hasn't dreamt of moving to another exciting city? How would you know what the range of prices is?
Our goal was to help any seeker reduce their time browsing through listings, learning by heart the city map, districts and boroughs, transport lines, and, most importantly, deciding if they could afford to live in the area.
We built Preis Atlas (Price Explorer in English) so anybody could find all that information in a few clicks, including price trends.
Luis’ role
Design a new product using Design Sprint
Participated in the ideation and growth of the PreisAtlas product (https://atlas.immobilienscout24.de/) for ImmoScout 24 using Design Sprint methodology, prioritizing ruthlessly and delivering a working prototype in less than a month.
Productionising the data
Work with the data team to produce reports for sales and marketing to be used during the calls with the clients (realtors). Curating realtor's interviews, identifying patterns, and translating to features.
